[Resolved] Hathway — Broadband Internet - When recharge plan activating same day itself before expiring the old plan.
I am holding Broadband internet connection in Hathway.
Last month Jun my plan is about to expire on Jun 22 and my new plan should start from June 23. I called your customer care executive and asked when i should recharge she told me that you can recharge on June 22 as per her suggestion i have recharged on June 22 and the plan got activated from same day itself instead the new plan should start from June 23 becasue of this i have lost 1 day. I raised complaint for this then one of your team member contacted me and i told there is a Bug in your software rectify ASAP she told that now i will close complaint backend team will add those 1 day before expiring the plan on June 22 but still that 1 day was not added by backend team and they not fixed that bug as well. They have wasted 1 month without working on the issue.
Then Supervisor Nancy called me on July 22 around 11 AM and she spoked with backend team and they added 2 days (22nd & 23rd) for me now the old plan will expire on July 23 midnight and new plan should start from July 24, now i asked Nancy now when should i recharge the plan is on July 22 or once the plan got expired on July 23 then shall i recharge on July 24, she told that you can recharge now but dont keep the option "Review & Pay" instead keep the option "Outstanding amount and enter manually", i asked her are you confident this will work out or i aksed her to check with your senior members once then come back to me. She told i am confident then in her presence in live call i have recharged on same day July 22 the plan got activated from same day itself, instead it has to start from July 24 why this happpend because there is Bug in your software which is not resolved in earlier June month since your backend team or respective teams were not take seriously.
Now Nancy looped Anbu from Billing team, he asked 2 days time to fix the issue as they sent for approval now it is 11 days completed they didnt fixed the issue also they blocked my mobile no by simply raising service request. Now Anbu has share one business account whatsapp no "[protected]" works only for chat no calls and he dont respond properly and he is not updating the progress for me he is saying i will complete by today like that i seen 10 days but still no resolution and when i ask him to call and update the progress he is saying i am having work, i said do you think that i dont have work and sitting idle? and I am a manager in MNC IT company. Please respect the people and i want resolution in 2 days. They have closed most of the complaints without resolving.
They have given the Appellate Nodal officer no[protected] SHIVA KUMAR this no is also not connecting.

After raising complaint, from Hathway Billing team Manager called me and given the resolution immediately. He given the exact date Aug 22 and time 8PM and promised me that by that date it will get resolved.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
