[Resolved] Hathway — broadband service from hathway | |||
I have been having trouble with internet service provided by hathway. The internet service does not work most of the time. I have to call the service centre on alternate dates to give a complaint. They usually ask to reboot the modem and then say that they have reset the system from their end. But none of these helps. I am tired of making complaints to the company. Kindly make hathway accountable for the service. The call centre appears to be given a repetitive process not aimed at solving any problem but merely deflecting. The call centre does not part nor send sms or email of ticket no/token no of the complaint registered. This leaves no trail at the consume end. The company should be penalised for not delivering the service it promises. They have collected full year subscription in advance and thus leaves consumers helpless. Net is frequently getting disconnected and speed is very erratic

Maximum time tv cable not running and after calling call not received or not given proper solution. Some times 4-5 hours cable disconnected and that's why we missed our programmes and boring at the home.
