[Resolved] Hathway Cable And Datacom Limited — internet not working last one month - 6 months advance payment done
Its been 1 month up now our internet broadband connection is not working. Provider is hathway cable and datacom limited. Two times their technical person visited our campus and went back without fixing the issue. We daily call to their customer care, but we didnt get any solution yet. Again september 15th we raised a ticket, today is 25th they could not fix the issue till now.
We request hathway to fix the issue in this week itself or else we request hathway to refund the amount we paid[protected] for 6 months. Transaction id: [protected], amount: 7852.00.

07-10-2020 The Technical team configured the connection as dhcp with new wifi modem. Now Static ip is unable to use it but internet is working. They suggested to go for a load balancer/firewall to enable static ip and port forward. I wonder how the same setup worked last 2 years. Any how the internet connection is working now.
