I had hathway bb connection. I asked for the disconnection long time back. Still they are not closing the connection. I am getting bill from them. I have asked them several times. But they are not replying at all. Below are the details. I have even paid one month despite not using. I even have email asking them to close the connection. They are not replying at all. Cheaters. They first ask for advance booking amount. Then they didn't came for installation. My call is never been picked. No idea how to get my money back.
