Hathway Cable & Datacom — Additional amount asking.

As i have taken hathway connection two years back, till the date i am paying monthly subscription in advance, now once again cable operator asking monthly advance payment, the operator wants two months subscription advance, this is not good symbol of operator, the some of the channels are not coming properly, like 456 tej tv, & also there is problem of connection.

Updated by AJIT WALVEKAR As i am hathway cable network customer since last 2 years from 11/07/2015 and first month he is given free service and then august 2015 onwards collecting every months subscription without fail, now he is asking that give advance monthly subscription, already we are giving advance monthly subscription, every time they are giving trouble to us, and not giving proper service
