Hathway Cable & Datacom — advance amount is not returned | |||||
I have paid rs.1860/- for new broadband connection to my home use purpose on 06.03.2018. Before making the payment local sales men told we will give connection within a day after receipt of advance. But after 1 week also his not given connection, so i have given cancellation request to company and requested to give my money back and i have given my bank account details also. But they telling you will come to my office and collect cash at my counter. I told to them i cannot come to your office because i am doing a job, i have to spend complete one day time for travelling from my home to your office, because my home to hathway office distance more than 60+ kms, i have to travel 3 hrs in ordinary traffic in hyderabad. So i cannot go to their office for money connection, i requesting to send by rtgs to my account. Kindly help us in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||||
