Hathway Cable & Datacom — amount paid but no internet connectivity for past two weeks | |||
My Hathway Account number is [protected]. I have made payment of RS.2522 on 23rd March but till now facing internet connectivity issues. I called so many times for customer but no one is lifting the call. As there is lock down is going on currently it is impacting our office work due to no internet connectivity.I have raised many tickets but there is no resolution from them. I want Hathway to refund my money immediately as i do not want to continue. It is waste of my time waiting for their untimely resolution.
