[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — basava tv channel operator not providing (hathway)

My house is in shankarpuram, basavanagudi, bangalore-4. Cable tv tv by hathway is working
In my house. For 10 days basava tv is not available. I called local hathway person here. He said this channel is not available and if you want to disconnect it is left to you. Actually the operators here are not paid subscription to this particular channel.in my tv it is of no 284. But the letters appears as subscriptin not done and contact operator.
My old mother wants to see this channel
Please help us to provide this channel
