I paid my bill on 23rd jan 2020. My internet dropped on 25th jan 2020 i called hathway and raised a request to fix my internet. The customer service executive promised me it will get resolved on 26th jan evening they're going to send the technician to visit the premises. I waited all day long for the technician visit to my surprise no one visited till date. Even after doing multiple follow-ups with the customer support they're not responding properly some of them are disconnecting the calls in the middle of the conversation. I requested them to refund my money back they're not even doing that. I got fed-up with this kind of services where no one is helpful. They're not providing the services neither they're refunding my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
