[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband connection | |||||
My Hathway Internet Account - [protected]. After moving to a new location, they shifted the connection Sep 19th. But still the wifi has not been activated even after multiple follow ups with the customer care @[protected]. I am totally disappointed with the service. Whenever i asked the customer care employees to connect to their superiors, they are saying nobody is available. I even called the General Hathway Customer care @[protected], they said i have to contact the Chennai number, with whom i have not getting any resolution so far. Was this information helpful? | |||||
