[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband disconnection | |||
This is vijay holding the broadband account [protected]. I have moved out of bangalore for personal reasons. I tried to contact the responsible persons for disconnecting the hathway internet. Every single time, they say they have raised a ticket but none of them appeared. I have tried three to four times and left the box with my friend and vacated the house. Even today i am receiving calls from hathway to activate the internet and as soon as i mention about disconnection, they are disconnecting the call. This is how they behave to consumers when we mention about disconnection. Shame on them. I have heard of these kind of incidents from few others as well. Are you doing this just because you need to refund the deposit that we paid? Sick! I have also made a request of not calling me again. They say they will update in the system but even today i am receiving calls. They dont have basic work ethics. People who are reading this, do not ever opt these kind of local baseless and useless service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||
