[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — broadband service | |||
Getring loss of signal and raised a complaint on 21st of june 2019. Complaint number 21062019m494861 While getting connection they said any technical issue will be resolved within 24 hours from the time of raising ticket. It's been 3 days and no one cares to rectify the solution. I have called customer support 3 times, everyone says it will be solved within next 4 hours or within today but no use.. Have paid my bill's properly.. But not getting deserved service. Completely annoyed by the way companies consider their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
