Want to cancel hathway new connection due to agent misinformation and rude behavior. I have asked to set up a new connection and he said 48hours but assured that he will get it done in 1 day. When i called him, he was very rude and now says will take 3 days. I didn't go with other providers by believing this guy and he is taking the current situation covid-19 as granted that no one is providing internet and after i paid 7000 for one year, he is now behavung rude.
