Hathway Cable & Datacom — cheating with the offer given | |||
At the time of installation the offer was given that if i pay for 6 months in advance i will get 3 months free. But now i have got only 2 months and when inquired with the hathway team no one responds they asked for the proof and i have uploaded the receipt on which it is clearly mentioned but till date they didn't provide the offer. Regarding to the speed issue . I am calling from a month onwards I did not resolve any issue and another problem I got today I took 50mbps they told me that ur pack is downgraded to limit 20gb I need my amount refund .my phone num [protected]
