Respected sir, I'm susanta mistry, consumer of hathaway cable network at banangachhi (Sub distributor shanti chowdhury), setop box nds: [protected] & c[protected] ;my distributor mr shanti chowdhury forcefully take 20 rupee's extra charge on free basic pack. I protested but he didn't hear my word. So i force to complain about this matter. Please take nessesary action soon as possible.
