[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — connection not activated | |||||
Hi, I have subscribed for six months connection, and yes i paid the amount and the router got fixed at my home a few days back. And the service provider executives has promised me that i can use the service after six hours but it's more than 48 hours still the connection hasn't got activated. I tried calling to the executives/representatives who are in touch with the executive but they started ignoring my calls. Please look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
