Hathway Cable & Datacom — constant spam calls everyday from hathway

I happend to take broadband connection from hathway and have regretted it ever since. (I have no other choice as no isp has a nearby junction box near my residence)
Been getting "offer" and promotional calls since then. Even after complaining to them via their app. There is no let down. Being harassed every day.
