[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — delayed in internet connection shifting and internet service unavailable after shifting request acknowledged | |||
Initial i had raised shifting request using Hathway Mobile App on 03-Nov-2018 . service request - 03112018M094236 Issue Description :- After making enormous Call to hathway, finally the technician arrived and completed the Shifting Request, and He said the internet will work after 10 min(Friday-10th Nov) . From Saturday and Sunday i have been calling multiple times to Hathway customer care, and those people are fooling every saying we will forward to concern team and Issue will resolve . This is prepaid connection, I have already paid for 3 Months and i have already loose 9 days without using the service . Was this information helpful? | |||
