Hathway Cable & Datacom — Disconnection request given | |||||
I have given a request to disconnect my account since last week & they told me a service person will come & pick up modem and remove cable wiring but to my surprise they are not even coming for that, i mean what shall i say they keep on calling to offer new plans but they dont provide the service & speed & always there is technical issue & i am fedup of that & now they are asking me to come in office & submit modem but what about removing the cable wiring they are not even responding for that. *must say that hathway has become worst ever internet provider* Was this information helpful? | |||||

[censored] service support no customer support no reply after complaint no solution to the problem service in-charge disengages the mobile phone when called for complaint repeatedly.
