Hathway Cable & Datacom — disruption of cable tv services in spite of online payment having been made

Hathway customer account number [protected] - paid up the charges this morning as per transaction id hat26465c178d454. But all channels have been now blocked. Hathway operator in colaba does not respond ; and when one of them did, they said they will not allow fta channel other thn the maharashtra pack offered by them - and alacarte selection will not be entertained by them.
