[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — for refund as no one has come to resolve the issue. | |||
Since it has been almost 1 month completed i have paid for 3 month unlimited package and at my home due to some cable connection issue internet is not even started after recharge, no one as turned up to resolve it. I have recharged it for my wfh project. Now i have opted for some other internet option. There is no neccesary to come from your service Such an pathetic service it is no one is taking the responsibility to either talk or pick up the phone calls. If i have not recharged you will call 1000 times and if there is some issue with your network and we are in need means there is not even a single person to respond even a single call.
