Hathway Cable & Datacom — Forgot parental control pin

I have hathway settop box for my television and i did reset the parental pin and blocked some channels a year ago. Now i forgpt the password and i want to unlock the channels. I have searched manywebsites on google and finally found this page. hoping this would help me to to get a solution for this. please provide a solution for me...my kids are in mood off as they could not see carttons on the telivison as i blocked all the cartoon channels. And they r not speaking to me. i will be eagerly waiting for the reply.Please provide a solution for this.thankyou in advance.
