I was promised a data of 1000 gb during payment of a plan which has a speed of 50 mbps... But i was given a quota of 220 gb and it got finished pretty early... The upload speed is terrible i cant even upload any video or anything..
I am pretty disappointed and i need a solution... I keep calling them but no one is responding.. I try to open a ticket online in app but still they close the ticket without even resolving the issue... I don't really know what to do, i am not getting internet connection since almost 2 weeks and i am missing out on my work from home due to corona virus pandemic... I want my money back or i want to be compensated for the issue cause and this is unacceptable.
