Hi team,

I would like to bring your notice the below issue. Please help me here. I am not sure to whom i need to escalate or reach out so i am writing here and expecting some response.

I appreciate your team the way approach to get the new connection. Same should be maintained during the service as well.

I bought hathway connection recently and during the installation got a bad experience with your operator and the response was rude the way they replied the reason.

Somehow they did the installation after all the conversation. Now, the router is not working (Not turning on) and i raised the service request and last four days i am following up with the customer care over call, every day they say today technician will come and resolve but nobody called me till now.

Also, when i discuss during over call, my recent call purposefully they disconnected since i asked for the disconnect the hathway due to this kind of service and response.

I hope my issue will get resolved by today. Or else kindly disconnect my connection and refund for the days which service not provided.
