I have been using hathway services for last few years. But I m facing some issues from last 3 months. Each month services gets stop without any reason. Last month when I checked than I found out that my cable operator has not deposit our payment to Hathway office. That's not our fault. We are paying our monthly charges well on time. Today also cable is not working .

Updated by Girish Tak Also I have been calling my cable operator n hathway jaipur office but they are not responding to my calls.. have sent written complaint to nodal officer by email but no response.. his email ID is
