[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway internet speed and high ping issue | |
Recently i have opted hathway. From day 1 i have been getting very high ping on multiplayer games such as pubg for ex. I am getting 150-200 on all indian servers. The ping is absolutely fine in morning but after 11:00am it shoots up till late night... And the customer service is even worse.. Expect no help from them at all... Very poor customer service and their response time is even worse. I have opted 50 mbps plan but i am getting 2 to 3 mbs only whole day. Expecting quicker solution Account no.
