[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — hathway reactivated my account without my permission. requesting termination of account asap. | |||
My hathway account no - [protected] was terminated and year ago and the modem router was collected by hathway executive too, and since then there has been no interaction with hathway. But yesterday i received a message saying account activated, but since i have shifted, nobody lives there and there is no connection there. I want hathway to terminate my account asap as there is no use of this connection. Kindly terminate the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved yes the account is now terminated i have confirmed with hathway. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
