[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — i am complaining about harassment from hathway broadband about the return of router.

I moved out of hyderabad in july 2018 and hathway is now calling to pay 2500 or face legal consequences for not returning the router.

When i put a termination request, a guy came after i left the city. They said they collected the device.

After 20 months, how could one have the receipt with them for 20 months?

Even the print on the receipt would go away.

Kindly help with the issue.

I don't have the router with me, the hathway guy took and may be he never returned it to the company.

I've shifted to new house its been more than a year for now. After shifting to this new area I called some Hathaway agent who gave me Hathaway broadband connection before shifting to this new house he checked the area and informed that they don't have towers in this location so i moved to some other network connection, after 5 months I got a call from Hathaway worker saying to return the router they took the address of my new residence I gave them some particular time and all but no one appeared again after three to four months same thing repeated and today again or got a call from Hathaway agent saying the same thing. Ive used a lot of broadband services but no others service agents tortured like you guys do your agents don't even know hiw ti talk to customers. Educate yourselves don't try to fool people and don't try to be smart. Out of 10 I can give -10 stars for your customer service
