Hathway Cable & Datacom — improper way of dealing consumers | |||
I am pradip kr de, hathway consumer no. Pp 97. During implemention of trai mandate, hathway supposed to provide us all free channels, they r not giving all. Rate chart should be provided, they r using hand written on plain white paper for subscribing as well as renewal. Toll free number unable to answer my desired enquiry. Whole system is fussy n verbal manipulation n adjustment. They r establish themself as unreliable. Before trai mandate, it was easy n less time consuming, now it is becoming horrible. System can't be complicated, hathway is making complicated. Rent is higher, service is poor. I want either they give us according to other service providers or introduce other cable operator.
