[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — incorrect billing date and early internet disconnection | |||
This is regarding the billing due date for hathway broadband account. I had subscribed to the hathway internet on 10th november, but i got the actual connection around 15th december after too much calling and mailing for the connection. The subscription was for 3 months and as per the offer received on sms it was 3 months subscription and 1 month free. Now i got the mailer that my due date is 24th february. Which is just 2 months of internet service. This is totally wrong since the billing should start from the date the connection is given and activated. The modem has also been taken away. I had written 4 times to them and just a reply that they are looking into it, but no real action on it also i had written to the nodal officer, from there also no reply. They don't even have an helpdesk no. To which i can call and get it resolved. For any help related to the billing, need to be sent by mail only. Was this information helpful? | |||
