[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — installation not done due to no feasibility and delay in refund | |
Hathway account no[protected] I booked a new connection on 7th jan 2020. Since there was no feasibility they said installation cannot be done. I have asked for refund on 10th of january 2020. Till now no process has been done. Whenever i call customer care they say in process within two days and i will receive the dd. But its a lie. I need my money back as soon as possible. I have spoken to mr. Louis - (Some regional/zonal head as told by hathway agent) also many times but no response from his end. His number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
