I, k. Hanumantha rao, am having broadband connection vide consumer account no:[protected]. Since afternoon today we are getting disturbance and double voice in the sites like youtube. We mostly used site is, the cinebay.com for viewing missed tv programmes and old movies which is not available today, instead, message alert showing that"dot compliance... Contact internet administrator..."
I request you to please rectify immediately. I am not getting your phone. I expect your representative call on me before 11:00am tomorrow for which i will be waiting
