Hathway Cable & Datacom — message saying legal proceedings

Hi team,

I disconnected my hathway broadband in 2016 and asked them to collect the modem from the location. No one fron hathway collected it and now all of a sudden i get a message saying, "request you to submit the modem to avoid legal proceedings." they harrassed these two years asking for connection and i always told them that i moved out of mumbai and cannot have the connection. No one from them really bothered at that time and now they are raisinv unnecessary legal proceedings for modem pickup which is a big fraud and trying to loot the customers.
