Hathway Cable & Datacom — my account no:[protected] I paid money to new hathway internet connection but still I did not get any connection and I dd not got any update

I paid money to mr.naveen [protected].dealer at Champapet, but he is not done my cableling still now i paid money for connection on 19/06/2018 but no update i got from hathway internet.so please do as much as speed.he was saying that everyday today your connection is i wil complit but no connectioon done please take action on him.and do my connection
