My name is srinivasa rao e (Account no. [protected]) residing in santhoshima nagar colony, secunderabad. I paid annual subscription twice in last year: 1st time on 18th may 2018 - rs. 5318.94 and 2nd time on 15th august 2018- rs. 5650/-.
I paid twice because your executive called me in aug and told about to expire, so, without checking i paid. Later i found that i paid only in may 2018 and i raised complaint for refund. They confirmed that that it will be activate for 2 years.
Last month my account got deactivated and when i raised complaint amrutha from escalation team asked me to pay rs.600/- because our billing team told that there is a pricing difference and if you pay we will activate. And also she confirmed that it will activated for 1 year.
Again your team deactivated on 20th october and asking for payment. Again i raised complaint and lakshmi from head office - hyderabad told me even though you paid amount twice our backend team is not accepting for the activation.
Daily i am getting calls minimum 4-5, i am telling the entire story and they are saying we will resolve and will get back to you.
Till date nobody has resolved. Can you please look into this and resolve at the earliest? Was this information helpful? |
