[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — new broadband connection | |||
Customer number: [protected] I have applied for a new broadband connection with hatway pune on 6th jan and so far no enginneer has visted my place. Account number: [protected]. I have already paid 3months advance rs 3360. I got an sms that your request os closed. Spoke to customer care and they are saying complaint is registered and thwy are helpless in the iasue. Sad part is sales manager, sales person, and engineer is not amswering my call. Sent a mail to hathway appellet autbority pune a week back and so far i havent receceived any reply. Request hathway authorities look at this isaue and provide a solution. I dont think this is professional approach from hathway. Thanks. Rajesh Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Hayway executive didn't contact me and they didn't provide any refund. It's pending for more than 7 month !!!
