[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — new broadband connection not given and not initiating refund

Hi have taken hathway connection on 21st march and they promised connection with 24 max 48 hours still i did not get the connection.

On 1st april their technician came and said a new connection can't be given as the building in which i live doesn't have any old connection and ask me to wait for another 14 days.

I didn't want to wait so i initiated a refund and complained about this on their official twitter handle.
I didn't get any call or information about till when i will get back my refund.
