[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no internet from one week | |||||
Account ID : [protected] I recharged (paid Rs.2522) my internet last week on Thursday (6th Dec 2018). My internet is not working from 6th Dec 2018.. I have been calling regularly to customer care team. Every time they will raise a new ticket and close it without taking any action on it. This is the worst experience experience I had with any Internet service provider company. They have such a wonderful and efficient customer care and technical team that takes one more (still i don't know how much it will take to make my internet in working condition) or more to resolve a small issue. I have paid Rs.2522 for recharge. They are not helping to resolve my issue and to refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 13, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I was contacting customer care people for one week regarding the issue and waiting for the results.
Finally after waiting for one week i decided to took it to next level. I wrote a mail to all the below mentioned people:

Finally within one day my issue got resolved. I don't know because of whom. I think I shouldn't have waited for one week to escalate the issue.
