[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — no proper internet service | |||||
From the last three months, I have been raising many complaints they come over and work and close the case but after 3 days it's the same problem I was fed up with calling CS and raising tickets its been over 30 to 50 tickets raised until now under my account no proper resolution was given until now. I have reached Nodal officer and addressed the complaint still of no use. They raise a ticket and close the ticket with no proper resolution with hours of raising saying that the issue has been resolved. This has been a regular way. Very poor customer service. Collection agent collects money and it does not gets reflected in the account even after providing the phone no and name of the person.
