[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — No proper service (Renewal date updation not done) | |||||
Dear sir/ madam My account no is [protected] i received a message and call from hathway on 29/04/2017 stating that if i recharge on the same day i will be getting 1 moth subscription extra along with additional gb which has been confirmed with customer care executives, but now renewal has been done for only 3months (2/05/2017 to 2/08/2017) instead of 4 months, i requested to you update the subcription date but billing dept asked me screenshot of msg since i have changed the mob i dont have any old msgs for that they haven't given any reply till date and the same subject has been lodged as complaint with no 02072017c7311 on 2/7/17 and 13072017w922891 on 13/7/17 got assurance that it will be updated by week but still i haven't got any update.
