Hathway Cable & Datacom — no response regarding closure of account and constant harassment by call center executives by repetitive calls.

I have requested hathway broadband connection to close my account and i haven't heard from them in this regard ever since. I have tried to reach them through different channels but i haven't received a single call regarding the issue. All the more i have been constantly harassed by their call center executive by calling me thrice a day for past 3 weeks.
It is really frustrating to attend their calls when i have requested them to close my account more than 20 times.
Any help would be really appreciated.
