[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — non receipt of wi fi router

Nothing has happened since the above mail. I have not even received an answer.

This is the culture of hathway.

No body takes care of customers.
All the employees say...
Customer service? What us that?

Now the latest complaint

My renewal was from 04 march.

I started getting calls for renewal from 14 feb.

On every call i told the person, i want a wi fi router.
No one was concerned. They were concerned about
Their targets and money.
Finally, shrikant from pune office rang up on 28 feb,
Last day of the month. He told me to pay deposit amount
Of rs. 1050 /- along with renewal charges so that
Wi fi router will be given immediately. Since i had not
Given the deposit amount, i was not given the router.
This was never informed to me, so i said shrikant must
Be correct.

Hence i paid 1050/- separately as suggested by shrikant
Because he said if i pay with the renewal charges, no one
Will notice it and that deposit amount will be taken as
Renewal charges. Look, he is aware how his friends work!!

So on 28 feb i paid 1050/- and 6 months charges so as to
Get 8 month connection.

Sanjay wanted to collect it, but i was near ratna hospital,
So he made arrangements. Shakeel came almost immediately
I had to keep him waiting as he did not inform me before starting.
I paid through credit card. No delay in collection!!

So team's target of getting money from me was over. And their
28 feb target was done.

Now who cares for customer?

I am just waiting and waiting to get the router.

Shakeel told me since it is holi and 2nd day dhulwad
So no one will attend on these two days, but you will
Get it 100 % on saturday 03/03.

Later when i reminded him, he said he will send the
Engineer immediately.

Probably engineers have not joined duties after dhulwad.
They are still enjoying dhulwad.

Customer care ki holi aur staff ki dhulwad!!!

What more can one expect from hathway?
