Hathway Cable & Datacom — not getting any internet after subscription of broadband services for 4 month | |||||
I have recharged my hathway account [protected] for 4 month pack on 9th nov 2017. But from the next day i am not getting any internet connection in my account. I have contacted customer care multiple times (More than 15 times). They kept on saying your issue will be solved in 24 hours/2-3 days... Etc. When i wanted to speak to senior representative then they told me "you will be contacted with in 1 hour" but nobody from hathway contacted me. And this happened many times.
