I have tried reaching out to couple of times in first week of marchto escalate the issue that i am having with my connection. Kindly look into this -
1) cable not working - i have subscribed to the channel per trai regulations on 26th feb but my connection has suddenly stopped working. Per customer care suggestion, i subscribed to one additional channel and made the payment but that has not helped.
2) no refund provided - i had royal hd connection till 3rd march but i was made to subscribe to channel on 25th feb. My money has not been refunded for royal hd.
3) it is extremely hard to reach the customer care. Average wait time is at east 6 mins before you are connected to customer care. Most of the time he connection is dropped and we never get the issue resolved.
4) customer complaint - i have tried registering my complaint via customer care number. Your executive declined to register my complaint regarding refund and mentioned "mai aapki complaint nahi register karunga" (I will not register your complaint). Most of the times it is impossible to reach out to customer care executive. I have tried calling nodal office (Pune) via telephone number and email address provided on your website. All my phone calls were never picked and i have not received any response on my emails.
I tried twitter handle but have not received a response there as well.
