Hathway Cable & Datacom — payment acknowledgment/refund issue

I have renewed my hathway cable tv (Account no: [protected]) on 20-mar-2019 with an amount of 338.45 inr.

Please find the below message received from bank after successful transaction.
Acct xx5470 debited with inr338.45 on 20-mar-19 and billdeskpg. [protected]@icici credited. Info:upi[protected]. Call [protected] for dispute or sms block 5470 to [protected]

My issue is that i neither received acknowledgement from hathway nor got refunded into my bank account
