[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — payment completed but account not activated by showing reason money not received | |||
Hi Team, I have applied for new broadband connection from hathway on 29th jan 2019 paid on the same day at 3:10 pm as directed by their service provider through upi qr code scan in their ISP. Hathway portal. After payment they are simply not responding to the service by showing reason. Amount not affected to account. I have transaction reference number transaction id and confirmation from upi site and all . Attaching all the proofs here. When I call them every time they are saying 24 hours. It's been 8 days till now no response at all. Even I sent mail communication to entire hathway team even though no response from them. Please help me with this. When I call them they are saying will transfer your call to next level team and keep on loop and disconnecting calls please help me on this.
