[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — product not installed amount paid

I have paid 5650 for a whole year for the connection no. (Protected). It has been 8 days and my router has not been activated. I had to call first for router installation for three continuous days then for router configuration for another five days. Still my router is not configured. I have raised compliants on almost daily with the customer care but it has not been resolved. They have started false closing the complaints also.
