[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — raised a request on 30 jan for relocation but still not solved | |
I've recently shifted from gachibowli (Hyderabad) to kondapur (Hyd). The distance between these 2 locations is 3km. I've requested for relocation but these people didn't care. I've called the customer care more than40+ times but no use. They say it will be resolved in 24hrs but they dont do anything. The promptness in taking amount is not there in providing service.
