Hi team I have requested for new connections before lockdown start. Cable agent confirm me next day before 11o'clock i will provide connection. However next day onward lockdown started and after 4th day i have receive messages stating"your amount refurnd in process" but still not receive. My agent name is "monahar". Payment has revived but the hathway people but the service is not provided and there is no proper response from the sales person or their manager, i am wasting my time work and money with their irresponsible
