I have requested for new connections before lockdown start. Cable agent confirm me next day before 11o'clock i will provide connection. However next day onward lockdown started and after 4th day i have receive messages stating"your amount refurnd in process" but still not receive. My agent name is "monahar". Please do refund my money back as urgent. Thank you
